RenewandReset is provided by ResetandRenew ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@renewandreset.app.

By using RenewandReset you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app. If you are using the app on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

RenewandReset offers timed guided meditation sessions with generated ambient soundscapes, encouraging messages, and a personal record of your practice. Every meditation feature is free to use. There is no paid tier and no feature is locked behind payment.

RenewandReset is a wellbeing tool, not a medical service. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a healthcare provider or a crisis service in your country.

You agree not to misuse the app. In particular, you must not:

• use it for any unlawful purpose;
• engage in fraud, spam, or any deceptive activity;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the service; or
• circumvent any technical limitation of the app.

ResetandRenew retains ownership of RenewandReset and everything in it, including the software, audio design, written content, and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your personal wellbeing. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute it.

We work to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change or be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

You may choose to make a one-time contribution to help cover running costs. This is entirely optional and unlocks no additional functionality — the app behaves identically whether or not you contribute. A cosmetic "supporter" marker is stored on your own device after a confirmed contribution.

Contributions are sold by ResetandRenew. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe, on a secure checkout page — we never see or store your card number.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics for contributions are handled by us; our refund terms are set out in our refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You can stop using the app at any time; your practice history lives on your own device and clearing your browser storage removes it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the app or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ResetandRenew is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. We may assign these terms as part of a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
