Meditation history and preferences. Your session lengths, dates, streaks, and chosen soundscape are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not transmitted to us and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser storage deletes them permanently.

Supporter marker. If you make a voluntary contribution, a marker is stored on your device so a small badge appears on your practice page. Legal basis: performance of our agreement with you.

Contribution details. When you contribute, our payment provider collects your payment and billing details directly. We receive only a confirmation that a given transaction completed, along with the amount. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal and tax obligations.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type in order to serve the site securely and prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

Support messages. If you email us, we hold your message and address for as long as needed to help you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

• Stripe, our payment provider, for processing contributions, fraud prevention, and receipts.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers, who serve the application.
• Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary.
• Authorities, where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

On-device data stays until you clear it. Transaction records are retained by us and our payment provider for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically six to seven years. Support correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Email support@renewandreset.app and we will respond within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and restricted access to systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The app uses your browser's local and session storage to remember your practice history, preferences, and supporter marker — these are essential to how the app works and are never sent to us. Our payment provider may set cookies necessary to operate the checkout. You can clear all of this at any time through your browser settings.
